Our History
Local owners, local roots
Local owners Rick Villa and Brian Thomas co-founded TGR Healthcare and purchased Glen Rose Nursing and Rehab Center in 2012. Rick grew up in Glen Rose, TX and Brian in Tolar, TX. Combined, they bring over 55 years of experience in caring for seniors.
