With roots in the Glen Rose community, we are committed to the highest level of care for our residents and their families. We are a 118 bed privately owned facility serving Somervell County TX and the surrounding area for over 8 years. Offering 3 separate, smoke free units with 24/7 skilled nursing care, as well as many other services and amenities, we strive to help residents reach their maximum level of independence.
Our therapy department is second to none, offering Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy, and we are one of the only facilities in the area with full time respiratory therapists on staff.
